FROG WATER RANCH

Welcome to the Frog Water Ranch web site. Frog Water Ranch is located in the Klickitat River Valley. Driving time from Portland, Oregon is approximately 90 minutes. The cabin is perched on a hillside overlooking the Klickitat river. Age old oak trees populate the 20 acre property. The cabin and property lends itself to relaxation, unwinding in the hot tub and sitting on the deck viewing the valley and river scenery.

The property has 1000 feet of river frontage for your enjoyment. A gentle sloping launch area is available for you to slide your kayak, drift boat, raft, canoe or tube in to float the river. It is also a great take out area when floating down from the Ice Plant or the town of Klickitat.

There are many interesting activities available within an hour drive. The cities of Hood River and The Dalles, Oregon are approximately 40 minutes from the cabin. Both cities offer quaint shops land enjoyable restaurants. Several wineries with superb tasting rooms are nearby. Maryhill Museum is a fascinating way to spend an afternoon. Wind surfing beaches are just 20 minutes away. Toward the end of summer the Huckleberry Festival is held in Bingen, Washington.
